As a young girl, Valrie admired her mother's dedication as she pioneered the Ingham Method of Reflexology across the provinces of Ontario and Québec, educating and bringing relief to many in need of a health alternative. Ingrained over the years with Georgette Blair's in-depth knowledge, Valrie pursued her certification with the same convictions and tenacity as her mentor. Since 1978, her passions for helping guide others to a healthy life-style alternative that she truly believes in has helped her develop a growing dedicated clientele in the specialized field of Reflexology. She adds to her expertise an understanding of other complementary therapies that enhance her services, forming her own unique holistic approach to stress management. Rachel Gibson

How far does an apple fall from the tree? Her Grandmother Georgette Blair was a highly spirited expert Reflexologist who pioneered the work in Ontario and Quebec. Her mother Valrie taught the Ingham Method for the International Institute of Reflexology for many years. She was as one of the 13 hand picked instructors by the Institute's president Dwight Byers. As quoted by The West Island Chronicle, Wed. May 6 1987 interview with Valrie Blair "Her own anti-stress program is administered by her children, Anthony, age nine, makes the tea and reads her a story, while daughter Rachel, seven, (the one with the strong fingers) does her mother's feet. She practiced reflexology on their baby feet while they breastfed." As a third generation Reflexologist, Rachel has all the bases covered with more knowledge at her finger tips then any other person in the industry.
